Meet The Owners Tom & May
Tom and May are the hands-on husband and wife team who lead the WT Anderson family daily. As Tom over sees the sales team, May works diligently to oversee the day-to-day operations — together, they make the ideal team! Though hard work and integrity are the foundation of the business, it’s their dedication to their WT Anderson clients and work-family that makes them stand out above the rest. They genuinely love receiving referrals and compliments from their neighbors throughout Hampton Roads.
Tom and May are both passionate about their Catholic faith, large family, school community, and supporting other small businesses. If you see them around town, please don’t hesitate to stop to say hi!

Jon is a family man with a strong passion for helping others. When time allows, Jon loves spending time with his beautiful family. They especially enjoy going on vacation at Smith Mountain Lake. As an outdoorsman, Jon’s hobbies include motocross, golfing, and fishing. We thank Jon for all the effort he has put into our W.T. Anderson family and we look forward to many more years!
If you get the pleasure of working with Hector, you’ll know that he has a genuine passion for excellence which is felt with every installation he oversees. Hector enjoys a good time! Whether it’s with family or friends, he is the life of a party!! Hector is more than a team member, he is more like the fun uncle of our WT Anderson family.
As a native New Yorker, Jazmine enjoys the winter weather. She is one of the few folks who never complains about the snow. You can even catch her outside building a snowman and making snow angels ☃️ Her carefree attitude can be seen throughout the week as she meets new clients and ensures their satisfaction with all work performed. Her smile and humor is contagious and we are happy to have her as part of our team!
If you get the pleasure of speaking to Angie on the phone, you’ll know that she cares deeply about ensuring that your invoices, warranties, and rebates are perfect! Her bubbly personality is infectious, and she knows how to make you smile with every interaction. Her caring nature carries into her personal life as a dutiful wife and loving grandmother. Angie is more than a bookkeeper, she is more like the mother of our WT Anderson family.
Lisa works diligently in keeping in contact with our customers and ensure that the highest form of customer service is given to everyone. Her welcoming and kind-hearted demeanor keeps the office morale high! If you have the pleasure of speaking to Lisa, you will be greeted with nothing short of exemplary professionalism and kindness.
David is known for his quick wit and laughter. It makes him the ultimate networker! When time allows, David loves spending time at his “off-grid” camp in central Virginia with his dog, Booboo. As an outdoorsman, some of David’s hobbies include hunting, hiking, and fishing. He also enjoys trying new foods, especially at non-franchised establishments and seafood shacks. We thank David for all his hard work and look forward to many more years!
Marci loves helping each customer- from choosing colors for their new installation(s), scheduling delivery of materials and the installation date(s). It’s always exciting to get an email or phone call from Marci! She enjoys watching the transformation process of each project and always helps with our transformation Tuesday videos. Her attention to detail and organization skills makes her an essential key to our team!
